Every week, I scour the list of homes that are “Coming Soon” to the Loudoun County real estate market and share my view on which are “the Best”. What does “the Best” mean? It could be a unique location, it could be a one-of-a-kind historic home, it could just be good value for the price. I’ll try to provide notes with each pick as to why the listing stood out to me.

The “Coming Soon” status means these homes are not yet available to be shown, but will be Active within 14 days. In a real estate market where inventory is still extremely limited, my goal is to help you get ahead of the market and discover the best options before the competition begins.
